Fix method name mismatch in tick() that called non-existent _calcTimeRemaining
instead of _calcRemainingTime. Add 27 unit tests for specificClass.

Replace hardcoded position strings with POSITIONS.* constants.
Prefix unused variables with _ to resolve no-unused-vars warnings.
